Can Tilly and Bower & Branch deliver trees and plants to my house?

Of course! Through Bower & Branch's network of expert growers and landscape professionals we provide delivery to the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Southeast and California. We are expanding quickly so reach out to learn more about where we can deliver - it may be available in your neighborhood even if it's not listed here.

What if a plant dies?

Bower & Branch trees are guaranteed for three full years from the date of guarantee purchase online. We are the only online nursery that offers such a long guarantee, and we pride ourselves on it!

Should any Bower & Branch tree fail for any reason, Bower & Branch will provide an online store credit for the amount of the purchase price of the tree that can be used on BowerandBranch.com.

Can I purchase my Tilly plant list in phases?

Yes! And our Plant Whisperer team can help you coordinate the phasing.

Will you hold my order and ship it at a later date?

Bower & Branch trees are available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted on bowerandbranch.com. We are able to meet all delivery requests if delayed shipping is requested. We can hold orders for up to one full year until delivery. In many cases special trees and products will be made available for early orders.

Can I order from Bower & Branch by phone?
Yes! Give us a call at (866) 873-3888 and one of our Plant Whisperers will be happy to assist you. If you don't reach us, please leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as possible.
How do I get my tree planted?

Ask a Plant Whisperer! We do offer Green Glove Tree Planting Services in certain areas - let us do the heavy lifting for you.

We have the most-experienced licensed growers throughout the United States so we can provide perfect trees for all areas.
