The process was seamless taking all the pain and guesswork out of the equation. [Tilly] arranged the purchase and delivery of the plants, which is no small matter, in that the order included 15 trees, 15 shrubs, and 20 perennials. All I had to do was confirm the specific plants to order based upon the Tilly plan. Further, you arranged for substitutes for a couple plants specified in the Tilly plan which were not available at the time of order. All the plants were delivered at the time promised and were of excellent quality.
